1. General

2. Reservations & Payment
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Talk of the Town Inn & Suites.
- A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. A deposit or full prepayment may be requested in certain cases.
- Payment terms will be clearly shown during the booking process.
- Rates are quoted in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- While we strive to provide accurate pricing, errors may occur (e.g., typographical mistakes or incorrect promotional rates). If a booking is made at an incorrect rate, we reserve the right to:
- Amend the reservation to the correct rate, or
- Cancel the reservation without penalty.
If the error is substantial and the booking cannot be honored at the corrected price, we will void the reservation and issue a full refund of any payments made.
3. Cancellation, No-Show & Refund Policy
- Cancellation terms vary depending on the rate plan booked. These will be provided at the time of reservation.
- Unless otherwise specified, free cancellation is available up to 7 days before arrival.
- Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur the full cost of the stay, including taxes.
- No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
- Cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing to our reservations team.
- Exceptions (e.g., force majeure situations) may be granted at the sole discretion of Talk of the Town Inn & Suites management.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: by 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests must present a valid ID and the credit card used for booking upon check-in.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must respect fellow guests and hotel staff at all times.
- Any damage to property will be charged to the guest’s account.
- Talk of the Town Inn & Suites is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
- Loud parties, unauthorized gatherings, or disturbances are strictly prohibited.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left in rooms or public areas.
- Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes for valuables when provided.
- Use of hotel facilities is at the guest’s own risk.
7. Website Use
- All content on www.talktownstatia.com, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Talk of the Town Inn & Suites and protected by intellectual property laws.
- Reproduction, distribution, or use of this content for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of St. Eustatius. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of St. Eustatius.
